Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for the printing industry? We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing efforts in the printing line. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our printing services, engage customers, and enhance our brand presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our printing services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets, to support sales and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and production capabilities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, printing technology, and graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the printing industry or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
