**Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at The Purpl Cloud Store you will be driving the sales for the entire product and service catalogue of the organisation. You will be working closely with the stakeholder to develop strategies for generating revenue. With a proactive attitude you will be expected to understand the requirement of the client and serve them appropriately.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients. Thoroughly understand the garment types, printing method and pricing structure.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Visits**: Visit and present to clients who require in person samples of the products and convert them into orders.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass
- 1 year experience in sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work proactively towards the set goal.
- Proficient with the use of Computers and MS Office.
- Languages: English, Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
