**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to the target audiance and introduce them to the company's fintech products/services.
- Understand client needs and provide product information tailored to their financial requirements.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team by identifying prospects who show interest in financial solutions.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects with detailed call notes and outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past and nurture them towards becoming leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally and address any queries or concerns raised.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide regular reports on call activity and lead generation progress to the management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cold calling, particularly for international clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse global audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
