We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in Information Technology. As an IT Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and support to develop your skills in various areas of IT, including hardware, software, networking, and support services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or potential problems.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on new technologies and IT best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS; knowledge of Linux/Mac OS is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
