**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with hospitals and healthcare networks
- Draft proposals, agreements, and communication materials quickly and effectively
- Use AI tools for research, lead identification, and operational insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with Emoha’s goals
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance
- Stay updated on trends in hospital engagement and healthcare innovation

**You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, research automation, CRM AI features)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for elder care
