**Job description**:
A Meta ads expert, often referred to as a face book ads expert, is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on the Meta platform( including face book, Instagram, Messenger and Audience network) to achieve specific marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute effective advertising strategies on Meta platforms ( facebook, instagram, messenger, audience network) to achieve client or company goals.

2. Create compelling ad creative’s (images, videos, copy) that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform guidelines.

3. Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests and behaviors.

4. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, and optimize strategies.

5. Communicate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates on campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

6. Testing and optimizing new strategies, creative’s and audience segments to improve campaign performance.

**Skills & Requirements**:
1. In-depth knowledge and experience in digital advertising, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).

2. Proven track record in managing successful advertising campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimization, and reporting.

3. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

4. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, provide updates on campaign performance, and suggest strategies for improvement.

5. Ability to quickly identify issues with campaigns and implement solutions to optimize performance

6. Understanding of platform policies and guidelines to ensure ads comply and avoid issues such as disapproval or account suspension.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
