Hospitality Associate

As a 'Hospitality Associate' at Gharpayy, you will be an integral part of our team, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, whether it's answering inquiries, providing support, or resolving issues. Your excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with our English-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for customers.
6. Assist in organizing and hosting events to promote our services.
7. Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals.
Salary
Probation: Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
