**Job Summary**:
The Supervisor - Commercial Vehicle will manage daily fleet operations, ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle safety and compliance, supervise drivers, and support team productivity and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance for productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, vehicle usage, work progress, and daily reports.
- Coordinate between drivers, management, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement.
- Monitor quality of work, ensure timelines are met, and handle grievances effectively.
- Ensure equipment, tools, and resources are properly utilized and maintained.
- Take care of employees’ well-being by interacting with them and addressing challenges.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Logistics, Transport, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make quick operational decisions and handle emergencies.
