Job Title: Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team and enhance our customer experience.
Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating sales operations and ensuring
skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in sales support or administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, quotes,
and presentations.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and
providing updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database and sales records, ensuring data
integrity.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to track performance metrics and sales activities.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless
operations and customer satisfaction.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize and coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation,
and follow-up on action items.
- Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 -2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused minds et.
