**Job Description: Customer Support and Administrative Support Executive**

**Position: Customer Support and Administrative Support Executive**
**Job Summary**:As a Customer Support and Administrative Support Executive at Swadhgram, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to streamline internal operations. A good working knowledge of Zoho CRM is essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support**:
- Provide product information, pricing, and shipping details to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, policies, and procedures to address customer queries effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust in the Swadhgram brand.
**2. Order Processing and Tracking**:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Monitor order status and shipment tracking to proactively address any potential delivery delays or issues.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
**3. Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain and update customer databases using Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate reports and provide insights to the management team based on CRM data.
**4. Sales Support**:
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, follow-ups, and customer outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to assist in promoting products and offers to customers.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Prior experience in customer support and administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar CRM software is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the import industry and international products is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
**Salary**:The salary for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
