**E-commerce Operations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and update stock sheet upon receiving orders.
- Maintain stock sheet with accurate photos and descriptions.
- Organize folders with proper style names, photos, and videos in Google Drive.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the social media team to share folders and content as needed.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders and schedule order pickups.
- Track orders and manage reverse pickups efficiently.
- **Logistics and Packaging**:

- Maintain all accessories and packing materials required for shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping partners for timely deliveries.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Identify and reach out to potential influencers.
- Send products to influencers and track deliverables.
- **Content Management**:

- Ensure all photos, videos, and reel content are utilized on the website and Instagram.
- Regularly check website content, size charts, descriptions, and photo quality against the stock sheet.
- Track unused content and ensure its integration into marketing efforts.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Follow up with customers for reviews and ratings after parcel delivery.
- Actively engage with customers through Instagram Direct Messages.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage all aspects of e-commerce portals, including Shopify.
- Learn and familiarize with Amazon portal for future integration.
- **Reports**:

- Analyze and manage Payment gateway and Shiprocket reports

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related fields.
- Proficiency in inventory management tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Ability to adapt to new e-commerce platforms quickly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central is optional.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Previous experience in fashion or retail industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
