**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Handle **inbound calls** from prospective customers and assist them with product information, pricing, and features of Flybed Home’s Murphy beds and related furniture.
- Explain product features, benefits, customization options, and warranties in a clear and convincing manner.
- Follow up with leads, schedule showroom visits or online consultations, and convert queries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Zoho Bigin) with accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth post-sale processes.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or complaints professionally and effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC/Graduate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in furniture, interiors, or home improvement sectors).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Marathi**.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to understand technical features of modular furniture.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.
