**Outbound Tour Executive - Job Description**
- Handling Bookings & Documentation
- Processing Bookings by coordinating with the operations Team
- Good Communication wrote and verbal
- International Destinations Knowledge is mandatory.
- IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage; (b) Quote management and conversion of sale/booking.
- Costing sheets and quotes for FIT.
- Give professional and value-added travel advice to clients bearing in mind the client's needs and interests
- PNR creation, manage booking on system. Making quotes and managing files. Issuing Vouchers, Invoices to agents.
- Managing Query Tracker and Follow up reports for Queries. Prepare invoices, vouchers and other documentation
- Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
- Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills
- Observe and learn how senior staff handles customer inquiries and package bookings.
- Follow system and processes at all times.
- Achievement of Daily and Monthly targets.
- Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of partners in all circumstances.
- Sell products that are of commercial value to Goin My Way and contribute to company profitability.
- Adapt and change as requirements of the business change.
- Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to the shifting needs of the business

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Must have experience in the same profile, others please don't apply.
- Enthusiastic with Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be good at achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of international destinations, suppliers & hotels
- Designing & Preparing Itineraries & International Holiday packages for customers.

**Unlimited incentives are offered **

**Salary**: ₹19,152.00 - ₹28,056.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
