**Responsibilities**:

- Explaining the services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts and explaining the process. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to our services.
- Taking and processing all enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
- Identification & understanding of the Student's need & counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest.
- Overall counselling over inbound/outbound calls and walk-ins and effective follow up with prospects.
- Good communication skills.
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 Year (preferred), we are open to fresher’s as well.
- Should have interpersonal skills.
- Languages: English and Hindi
- **Joining time**:Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
