We are seeking a passionate Talent partner to spearhead the growth and expansion of our Customer Support, Finance, IT, Infosec & Corp Functions. **What you’ll do**:
- Build teams: Take the lead in scaling Customer Support, Finance, IT, Infosec & Corp Functions in India, contributing to Rubrik’s global success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored hiring strategies.
- Drive DEI Initiatives: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment to build a balanced and representative workforce.
- Shape Recruitment Practices: Continuously evolve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
**Experience you’ll need**:
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Tech/Engineering Recruiter, with a deep understanding of India’s competitive tech hiring landscape.
- Leadership Hiring: A strong track record of identifying and recruiting for senior and leadership roles in the tech industry.
- Innovative Sourcing: Skilled in using non-traditional sourcing techniques to engage passive talent through creative and diverse channels.
- Data-Driven Approach: Adept at leveraging analytics and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Technology-Savvy: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse and cutting-edge recruitment tools to streamline workflows.
- Diversity Champion: Committed to building inclusive teams and advancing equity in hiring practices.
