Ensure system availability, and 24/7 support of production system services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity and performance Data Centre IT Infra., VMware, Wintel Servers, Storage, Backup and related systems.
- Primary Administrator for all Servers and storage with related Infrastructure implemented at BU.
- Maintain storage based networking (SAN) for Servers, stoarges and TAPE LIBRARY.
- Manage and maintain the high availability and Virtualization at all sites.
- Manage and coordinate upgrade of firmware/Software/OS/Patches released during time to time.
- Maintain ACCESS MATRIX for all the Applications and ensure security compliance as per standards.
- Implement group policies for domain & maintain DPWorld standard for desktop settings for Users.
- Install Operating System on new Servers as and when required.
- Microsoft o365 user management and maintenance if any.
- Manage and maintain the list of IT assets in the company.
- Technical authority and accountability for performance of Hardware Infrastructure.
- Technical authority on strategies for backups and capacity planning. Define backup schedule in consultation with SPOC, Head Infrastructure & Database Administrator.
- Technical authority and responsibility for storage based networking & backup hardware.
- Manage user accounts and privileges.
- Manage administration of backups and perform recovery actions as required
- Maintain all PCs & Laptops along with peripherals like printer, scanner, Fax & Copier.
- Maintain all the servers on Windows including Operating system.
- Liaise with Network/Application Administrator and IT management Team as required.
- Manage Tape library &maintain backup recovery schedule as per configurations.
- Maintain current knowledge on all technical issues related to Hardware & Operating System.
- Introducing new technologies and up gradation of old system,
- Enhancing the performance of existing server and storages, creating fault tolerant, redundancy and robust system
- Server storages health checkups and security assessment maintenance and Refreshing.
- Software and Hardware logs monitoring. Regularly updating security patches, reviewing security vulnerabilities Resource utilization management.
- Latest technologies implementation, Improvement of existing technologies
- Monitor and ensure the proper documentation of the manuals, SoP, project documents, change requests etc and approve the final versions.
- Management and maintenance of back-ups & recovery procedure
- Installation and maintenance of Server OS Setup, replication and client environments.
- Manage and maintain VMware with all his features for virtual machines.
- Security and access control.
- Closure of Internal and external Audit issues on time with all details.
- Report all technical issue with Head Infrastructure to seek his advise.

**Key Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities):
- Provide timely support to the data centre operations & IT systems
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current Hardware and Software
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access; and high availability
- Maintenance of all Active and Passive Equipment of DC & DR
- Configuration management, Regular Monitoring of Servers and Storages
- Documentation, Incident Management & Inventory Control.

He will report to SPOC for administrative purpose & support functions of terminals and reports to Head IT Infrastructure for all technical issue
