inception and has a strong performance track record.

With over 200 employees, collaborating from seven offices, the company invests across

three distinctive themes to directly contribute to the United Nations Sustainable

Development Goals (SDGs):

- They are looking for a new colleague who will support the further growth of our business in the role of a Transaction Officer in Mumbai.

**Your Main Tasks**
- Tracking fund cash flow activity for private debt/equity products (from capital calls and distributions notices to disbursements and principal repayments)
- Tracking total/remaining commitment information
- Trade Execution and post processing covering all asset classes including derivatives
- Drafting private debt contractual documents (promissory notes, loan agreements, waivers) with assistance of Legal Department
- Analysing documents for consistency with internal policy and AML guidelines. Undertake necessary steps to remedy any discrepancies or non-compliant document
- Developing and monitoring daily and monthly reconciliations between internal records, counterparties, custodian, and the fund administrator
- Analysing and understanding all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations
- Working closely with service providers to ensure policies and internal control standards are being followed
- Processing invoices
- Establishing, documenting, updating, and improving standard operating processes across internal teams and external counterparties for management of tasks implemented for specific fund-related activities

**Education Qualification**
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

**Experience**
- 5 years or more of work experience with private equity (fund of fund)/debt fund structures
- Experience supporting the automation of manual processes
- Experience with investment management software platforms for investments record keeping, fund administration and reporting

**Skills**
- Analytical skills, ability to stick to tight timelines and strong organizational and planning skills
- Good Understanding of Legal and Operational matters relevant to investment funds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English; any other additional language is considered an asset
- Efficient, accurate and independent work style; able to work in close cooperation with team members across different geographies, interested in working in a culturally diverse environment
