To abide by the Mission Statement.
To abide by the rules and values of the hotel.
To ensure appropriate issue of Employees package pass.
To ensure record is maintained of all the employees stay back in the hotel after completion of the shift.
To regulate and control staff staying back in hotel and to have a exact head count in case of emergency as fire etc.
To ensure record is maintained of all the employees stay back in the hotel after completion of the shift.
To maintain record of all such person-leaving hotel premises for official or personal.
Security at main gate is to restrict entry, parking of car, traffic control, recording of vehicles in and out, car calling.
To ensure employees to use main gate and flow FO material out from main porch.
To ensure appropriate recording vehicles going in/out by maintaining register.
To ensure appropriate issue parking slips Valet Parker giving details of the model /type of car, car no. area and location where the car has been parked etc.
To prohibit entry of prostitution.
Restricting employee s exit / entry material movement from the main porch.
To restrict staff to entertain visitors in hotel premises.
To ensure no material will be allowed to be taken out of the premises unless accompanied by a valid gate pass.
To ensure staff lockers would be checked on regular basis to see what is being kept in locker.
To ensure appropriate recording of keys by entering the name and details of person drawing and depositing keys.
The fleet of transport will be working under security along with driver. To maintain all entries pertaining to the vehicle movement will be recorded
To provide first aid to the person. In case of emergency after giving first aid the employee will be shifted to the nearest hospital, clinic or to the house doctors clinic.
Ensure s that all employees are registering in/out time or swiping these cards. It will keep an eye on staff so that they do not swipe in/out two cards etc.
To ensure safety of guest and hotel property
