Join our dynamic team as a **Social Media Executive** We're seeking a creative and knowledgeable individual to drive our social media strategy and content creation. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
**Strategy Development**: Creating plans for social media activities aligned with the company's goals.

**Content Creation**: Generating engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia content for social media platforms. Being open to appearing in reels and videos as part of the content.

**Video Editing and Videography**: Creating, editing, and optimizing videos for various social media channels to enhance engagement and brand presence. Comfortable being on camera for video content creation.

**Engagement and Community**: Interacting with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online community.

**Advertising**: Running paid campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing ads to achieve better results.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Tracking performance metrics and providing reports to improve future strategies.

**Staying Updated**: Keeping abreast of social media trends and changes on platforms, especially regarding video content. Willingness to participate in trends like reels and video challenges.

**Team Collaboration**: Working with other departments for consistent branding and messaging across videos and other content.

**Crisis Management**: Addressing negative feedback or issues promptly to maintain the brand's reputation across various media formats.

**Experimentation**: Trying out new video strategies, tools, or formats to find what resonates best with the audience. Willingness to experiment with various styles and appearances in videos.

**Time Management**: Creating content schedules and managing multiple accounts effectively, including video production timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge and creativity in content creation, especially in the realm of social media.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
