We are looking to hire **US IT Recruiters** who are very well **well**-**versed **with the end-to-end **US Recruitment** process and are result oriented, to work on our direct client requirements.
- **Location**: This is a full time, work-from-home role from **anywhere in India**.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work Independently and with the Recruitment Team on requirements assigned.
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Complete knowledge of US Staffing process, legal work authorization, etc.
- High energy, positive, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Go-getter who is results-oriented and can remain focused on closing positions within an aggressive turn-around time.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Well versed with US Job portals and social media recruiting
- Require superb ability to speak in English - verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Working experience with direct client
- Ability and set up (laptop, smart phone, and high-speed internet connection) to work-from-home during US hours
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Night shift

- Anywhere: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Master's (required)
**Experience**:
- Recruiting: 3 years (required)
