Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for **clients in the US.**:

- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different **IT** Requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing or in any stream.
- **Should have 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.**:

- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- **Should ready to handle both recruitment & Marketing.**:

- Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based Recruiting Tools.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
- Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
