**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the [target market/industry].
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously improve product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in [industry/sector].
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
