**Role Description**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the Cosmetics industry. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets for our range of cosmetic products. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to our continued growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our cosmetic products and generate sales leads.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to secure orders and increase sales volumes.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and stellar customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls and sales activities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales software.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling customer inquiries and concerns.
- Good communication in Hindi & English.

**Experience
- 2 to 5 years**

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
