Our wide array of services includes property search, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales assistance.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Thoroughly grasp clients' property needs and preferences through extensive interactions.
- Effectively articulate the features and advantages of our services to clients.
- Build relationships with potential clients through proactive sales outreach.
- Efficiently handle requirements and negotiate new business agreements to fruition.
- Actively identify business prospects through outreach endeavors.
- Establish and diligently pursue annual targets and goals to drive success.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
- Preferably 0 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills are highly valued.
