**Work timings: 1 pm to 10 pm India hours(US Shift)**
**Mandatory Skill: Load Runner**
**Preferred Experience: Hybris Platform and/or SAP GUI Protocol**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Testing**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design realistic performance testing scenarios.

**Load Runner Expertise**:
Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Load Runner, using it as the primary tool for performance testing.
Utilize Load Runner to design and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.

**Protocol Experience**:
Experience with protocols such as Hybris Platform and/or SAP GUI Protocol is highly desirable.
Perform testing on these protocols to identify and address potential performance bottlenecks.

**Performance Analysis**:
Analyze and interpret performance test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with development teams to address performance-related issues.

**Test Strategy Development**:
Contribute to the development of comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
Work closely with project managers to align performance testing activities with project timelines.

**Automation Integration**:
Integrate performance testing into the automated build and deployment processes.
Collaborate with the automation team to ensure performance testing is seamlessly integrated into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Collaborate with developers, system architects, and other stakeholders to understand system architecture and performance requirements.
Communicate effectively with the team to share insights, progress, and challenges.

**Documentation**:
Create and maintain performance testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and performance reports.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and aligns with industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
- Strong proficiency in Load Runner is mandatory.
- Experience with protocols such as Hybris Platform and/or SAP GUI Protocol is preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
