Responsibilities
- Maintenance of stores & Inventory
- Supervising the inward material in terms of Quality, Quantity as per Our PO & Shippers Invoice
- Preparation of Invoices, packing list & way bills
- Looking over Packing & dispatches as per Our Customer PO in coordination with Accounts Department for Invoices & other statutory related forms
- Tracking of orders, shipments day to day on consignment basis.
- Maintenance of samples record
- Coordination with Branch offices, Sales people & Courier companies relevant to dispatches with regard to material.
- Physical inventory count in quarterly basis to control of inventory.
- Supervising the File records

Work Experience : 2 to 6 years

Skills : Communication ~ Written/Verbal Skills

Education : ITI/Diploma/Graduate/Relevant work experience in Electronics/Semiconductors Industry
