GeM Executive - Bangalore
- Key Responsibilities:_

1. _GeM Portal Management:_ Manage and maintain our company's GeM portal, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is up-to-date and accurate.

2. _Product Listing:_ List and manage our products on the GeM portal, ensuring accurate and complete product information, pricing, and inventory levels.

3. _Order Management:_ Manage and fulfill orders received through the GeM portal, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to government buyers.

4. _Customer Service:_ Provide excellent customer service to government buyers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

5. _Compliance:_ Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, policies, and procedures, including adherence to pricing, packaging, and delivery requirements.

6. _Sales Growth:_ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through the GeM portal, identifying new opportunities and expanding our customer base.

7. _Reporting and Analytics:_ Provide regular reports and analytics on GeM sales, including sales growth, customer acquisition, and product performance.
- Requirements:_

1. _Education:_ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or sales).

2. _Experience:_ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in a B2B or B2G environment.

3. _GeM Knowledge:_ In-depth knowledge of GeM guidelines, procedures, and best practices.

4. _Sales and Marketing Skills:_ Strong sales and marketing skills, including product knowledge, customer engagement, and negotiation.

5. _Communication:_ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government buyers and internal stakeholders.

6. _Analytical:_ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

7. _Certifications:_ GeM certification or sales/marketing certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is an advantage.
