Responsibilities:

- **User Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve user experience.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and conduct usability testing.
- **Design & Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all branding materials.
- **Tool Proficiency**:

- Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create and refine designs.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and output quality.
- **Motion Graphics**:

- Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user interaction and experience.
- Develop animated UI elements and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure designs are implemented correctly by working closely with the development team during the build process.

Pay: From ₹20,644.75 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
