- Identifying needs: Understand customer requirements by asking questions and closing deals.
- Making calls: Make outbound calls to promote products or services, and answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Maintaining databases: Maintain and update the customer database.
- Handling sales: Handle sales over the phone, including taking and processing orders, and recording sales phone calls.
- Resolving issues: Resolving customer issues and suggest solutions.
- Being an expert: Be an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc..
- Developing relationships: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, and follow up with incoming leads.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
