We are looking for an experienced **Voice & Accent Trainer** to join our growing team

**Role Overview**

As a **Voice & Accent Trainer**, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our International BPO teams. You’ll coach, mentor, and inspire employees to excel in communication and client interactions.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Any Graduate
- 3+ years total experience
- **Minimum 1 year** as a V&A / Pre-process Trainer in an **International BPO**

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Training Delivery & Needs Analysis
- Training Design & Development
- Coaching & Performance Management
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Documentation & Administrative Skills

**Preferred Skills & Certifications**:

- Instructional Design, Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Certifications like **Train the Trainer / TEFL / IELTS** are a plus
