Description:
Skill Way Education is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Officer to join our team. As a Placement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating placement activities and ensuring successful job placements for our students. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate placement activities for students enrolled in fire and safety and lift technology courses.
- Liaise with employers to identify job vacancies and internship opportunities.
- Maintain a database of job vacancies and internship opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between students and prospective employers.
- Provide support and guidance to students throughout the job placement process.
- Monitor and track the progress of students' job placements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on job vacancies, interview calls, and placement outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, placement, or career counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Knowledge of the fire and safety and lift technology industries is preferred.
