We are seeking a dedicated Placement Officer to facilitate the successful integration of our students who have completed upskilling courses into the corporate world. The primary responsibility of the Placement Officer will be to establish partnerships with corporate entities and coordinate interview opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Partnership Development:

- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate organizations, industry leaders, and potential employers to create a network for student placement opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts to ensure a steady flow of interview and job placement opportunities.

2. Student Placement:

- Collaborate with academic departments and career development teams to understand the skills and qualifications of our upskilled students.
- Match students with suitable job openings, internships, or apprenticeships in alignment with their skills and career goals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, job fairs, and networking events for students with prospective employers.

3. Career Counseling:

- Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, including resume reviews, interview coaching, and mock interviews.
- Offer career advice and assist students in making informed decisions about their career paths.

4. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate records of student placements, including tracking employment outcomes and gathering feedback from both students and employers.
- Generate reports on placement statistics and outcomes for reporting to management and stakeholders.

5. Continuous Networking:

- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and evolving employer needs to enhance placement success.
- Attend relevant industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand corporate partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, or HR).
- Proven experience in corporate relations, career counseling, or student placement roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific job requirements and hiring trends.
- Excellent organizational and data management abilities.
- Proficiency in using career development software and databases.

The Placement Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring our students' successful transition into the workforce after completing their upskilling courses.
