**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program CNC turning machines to create precision parts based on engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Set up CNC turning machines, including loading materials, fixtures, and tooling.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure the accuracy and quality of finished parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programming, setup, and machining.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize CNC programs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to CNC machines as needed.
- Inspect and measure finished products using appropriate measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of programming, machine setup, and tooling for each project.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with the production team to meet delivery schedules and resolve any production-related issues.
- Continuously improve programming techniques and work processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a CNC Turning Programmer in a manufacturing or tool room environment.
- Proficiency in CNC programming software (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, Haas, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CNC turning machine operations, tooling, and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in CNC programming and machining.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of shop safety protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with multi-axis CNC turning machines.
- Knowledge of CAD-CAM software for programming.
- Ability to train or mentor junior staff and assist with skill development.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
