**Job Summary**

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will lead the quality inspector team in implementing and maintaining quality control systems to guarantee product safety and consistency.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ensuring in-process inspection
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas of concern
- Oversee the inspection of products to ensure they meet specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Train staff on quality control processes and procedures
- Maintaining inspection reports
- Taking corrective and preventive actions for in-house rejections
- Arranging calibration to measuring devices
- Control of non conformances during process
- Taking corrective and preventive actions for in-house rejections
- Submission of Kaizens to customers against flash reports

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills to analyse data effectively
- Previous experience in a quality supervisor role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA Supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Kannada, Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:
