Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead vendor management efforts, including establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring vendor performance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services, resolve any issues or discrepancies, and maintain open lines of communication.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead logistics and distribution operations, including transportation management and warehouse optimization, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and execution of risk management strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Foster collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing supply chain operations, as well as promote sustainability initiatives

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
