**Job Title**: Supply Chain Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Handle material orders from multiple locations efficiently.
- Coordinate with local vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors.
- Review invoices and assist in managing timely vendor payments.

**Inventory Management**:

- Guide store managers on managing inventory effectively.
- Review and collect inventory sheets, providing training when required.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory at the company warehouse.

**Billing and Accounts**:

- Create accurate bills for material supplies to various locations.
- Keep monthly accounting records and work with the CA for timely submissions.

**Collections**:

- Manage financial collections from locations per company policies.
- Ensure financial reports are submitted to the CA by the 3rd of each month.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in supply chain management or related roles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

**Note**:

- Applicants must be willing to work or relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Age: 22 to 35 years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
