Our goal at Falaz Industries is to promote sustainability and a greener, cleaner future for everybody. **Roles and Responsibilities** 1) Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques. 2) Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their specific needs. 3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and post-sales. 4) Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. 5) Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. **Requirements**: 1) Graduation in any field 2) 0-2 years of experience in the relevant field 3) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4) Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. 5) Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales attitude. **Compensation & Benefits** 1) Salary: 15k - 18k per month 2) Continouns exceptional performance will be awarded accordingly **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/01/2025
