JOB TITLE: TICKETING MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:
To effectively manage the visa requirements for the customers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4-6 years (At least 3 years in travel industry)

QUALIFICATION for Travel consultant
- Graduate preferred, experience in relevant role highly preferred

A great passion to serve premium customers

Ability to work independently while contributing to an environment where strong teamwork is required. Attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills

Strong time management and organisational skills including multi-tasking and prioritising of workloads, the ability to follow through on commitments to both customers and to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that match the client’s travel program policies and negotiated contracts
- To listen to our clients' requirements and ensure we find exactly the right holiday for them - personalising it with extensions and add-ons
- Communicate, negotiate, and own the relationship with clients and suppliers through all levels of the client organization
- Working to individual sales targets, you will be putting together bespoke tailor-made packages
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with any administrative queries
- To exceed customer's expectations where possible
- Working mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Minimum of 3-5 plus years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
- 5+ years of travel agent experience in Air, car and hotel bookings
- Must be able to work independently collaboratively in a team environment
- To be familiar with appropriate travel reservations and ticketing systems and productivity tools

Responsibilities for travel consultant
- Completes other activities and duties as assigned by management
- Strive to deliver customer Service Level Agreement at all times and exceed the customer’s expectation
- Reach monthly sales targets while driving exceptional customer service
- Work with both speed and efficiency while consistently displaying compassion and care in every interaction
- Handle any booking issues calmly and with empathy
- Local execution of staying in touch with our past clients, and marketing initiatives such as Cruise Nights our company’s core promotions - One Day Sale, World Explorer Event

COMPENSATION BRACKET: 3.5 - 5 LACS PER ANNUM

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
