**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts in accounting software (Tally Prime).
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Post vouchers and ensure accuracy of entries.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment-related matters.
- Assist management in preparing financial reports and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
