**1). CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator**

Position Summary:
The CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and **if possible programming CNC plasma cutting machines to produce parts and components according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal components.

Load raw materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning.

2. Programming and/or Setup:
*Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to create machine programs.*

Input cutting parameters, including speed, feed rate, and cutting path, into the CNC system.

Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings as needed.

3. Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet specifications.

Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies in the cutting process.

4. Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or software issues.

Report any major issues or repair needs to the maintenance team.

5. Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.

6. Documentation:
Maintain records of production runs, including material usage, job completion, and machine performance.

Update and store CNC programs for future use.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a CNC plasma cutting machine operator or similar role.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and CAD files.

Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.

Familiarity with various metals and cutting techniques.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*If possible Basic computer skills for operating CNC software and maintaining records.*

Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Vocational training or certification in CNC machining, welding, or a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Operate pre-punching and hydraulic bending machines to punch and bend metal sheets or components.

Set up and adjust tools, dies, and machine settings for specific jobs.

Ensure proper alignment and positioning of materials on the machine.

2. Setup and Calibration:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Select appropriate tools, dies for each operation.

Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to achieve precise results.

3. Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and protractors).

Identify and correct defects or irregularities in the punching or bending process.

4. Maintenance:
