**1). CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator**

Position Summary:
The CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and **if possible programming CNC plasma cutting machines to produce parts and components according to technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal components.

Load raw materials onto the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning.

2. Programming and/or Setup:
*Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to create machine programs.*

Input cutting parameters, including speed, feed rate, and cutting path, into the CNC system.

Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings as needed.

Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies in the cutting process.

4. Maintenance:

Adhere to workplace safety standards and procedures.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Select appropriate tools, dies for each operation.

Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to achieve precise results.

3. Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and protractors).

Identify and correct defects or irregularities in the punching or bending process.
