We are seeking a detail-focused, professional and knowledgeable Sales Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal fit for the role will have a strong background in a similar position, or within sales administration and will be adept with supporting sales staff in their duties to bring products and services to our clients. The key focus of the position will be to provide administrative, data and analytical support to the sales team.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with sales teams to capture the information required to run analysis and data reports.
- Assist sales agents with completing RFP’s or contracts for their clients.
- Support sales agents with the operational functions of their role, including but not limited to, administrative, data entry, data analysis, report writing, proposal writing, and contract writing support.
- Gather, analyze, and understand sales data and identify trends, providing reports and insights to management and sales professionals.
- Keep customer information up to date on the CRM system when changes are requested by the sales agents.
- Gather customer marketing data and investigate its accuracy and viability.
- Schedule and book appointments for sales agents, and manage their overall schedule when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in the business administration field or a related field would be desirable.
- 0 -6 Months experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze and read large amounts of data.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Demonstrated administration and data entry abilities.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
