Here are some responsibilities of a BIM modeler:

- Create and maintain modelsUse BIM software to create detailed, accurate, and organized 3D models of buildings and structures.
- Collaborate with othersWork with architects, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the models accurately represent the project's requirements and design intent.
- Integrate informationIncorporate relevant project data, specifications, and documentation into the BIM model.
- Perform quality checksRegularly check the BIM models to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and meet industry standards.
- Generate drawingsCreate 2D drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from the 3D models for construction documentation.
- Provide technical supportHelp resolve BIM-related issues and challenges for project teams.
- Ensure complianceWork with the BIM lead and design leads to ensure the project complies with policies and processes.
- Develop engineering drawingsCreate engineering drawings based on rough sketches or general engineering and design information.
- Produce schedulesExtract quantities and schedules from the model.

BIM modelers need to be proficient in BIM 3D modeling software like Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD. They also need to have a combination of technical skills and creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
