**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **3D Mechanical Modeling**:
Create accurate and detailed 3D mechanical models using Revit, ensuring they adhere to the project's design standards and specifications.
- **Coordination and Clash Detection**:
Work closely with other disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, etc.) to coordinate mechanical designs and resolve any design clashes during the modeling phase.
- **Preparation of Shop Drawings and Schedules**:
Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings, schedules, and other required deliverables for the project. Ensure that these documents comply with project standards and are delivered on time.
- **Quality Control and Efficiency**:
Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency in the creation of models and drawings. Ensure that all mechanical systems are modeled accurately, avoiding errors or omissions.
- **Compliance with Project Deadlines**:
Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed within the established project deadlines. Proactively manage workload to meet project timelines without compromising on quality.
- **Stay Informed on BIM Practices**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Revit** for 3D mechanical modeling.
- Familiarity with other BIM tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, and plumbing design.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to mechanical systems.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in creating 3D mechanical models and preparing mechanical drawings in a BIM environment.
- Experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and resolving clashes.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
