**Experience - 02-04 yrs**

**Job Profile -**

Documentation related to **Imports & Exports.**

Manage and monitor all export/import shipments
- Pre-shipment and Post shipment activities

Provide complete set of shipping documents like Invoices, DC, E way bill and e-invoicing. Commercial **Invoice, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, BL** etc.

Check list, BL Draft, Coo & Marine insurance approvals

Co-ordinate with **CHA**/Forwarder for post shipment Activity

Export Documents against LC Checking & Approvals

**Shipment/DHL Tracking**

Well versed in **MEIS / Advance Licence / EPCG Licence / Duty draw back.**

Liaison with custom, **SPEEZ, DGFT, MCCIA**

Estimation of Transportation cost (Ocean/Air/Road)

Keeping track of all government policies of India and countries we are dealing

with for EXIM with respect to FTA’s, MEIS, Duty drawbacks.

Ability to work in an organized manner (Essential).

**Salary**: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
