We're on a mission to provide you with the finest pickles and chutneys, crafted with love at the farmgate by talented rural women. We are creating traceability of the supply chain and helping rural women become entrepreneurs**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw material and packaging items.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with our SHGs to understand their raw material requirements and recommend suitable and cost effective products, help them solve logistics and any other procurement difficulties.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and storage of purchased items.
- Resolve any supply-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, food safety standards, and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise procurement processes and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong negotiation and communication skills.**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement software, MS excel.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Having own bike will be a plus.

**Stipend**:10k+Travel allowance

**Job Timings**: 9:30-6:30

**Job Days**: Monday-Saturday

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
