**About the Internship**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Procurement Intern to join our team in Pune. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to key aspects of sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing, gaining practical skills applicable to a variety of business settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities and reliability. Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Procurement Process Management: Creating and managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Cost Management and Budgeting: Managing procurement budgets and ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards. Coordinating with quality control teams to address any quality issues with suppliers.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as finance, production, and logistics, to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of necessary goods and services. Collaborating with legal teams to review and approve contracts.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Appropriate communication and negotiation skills to deal with external vendors and parties.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and deliverables within the given timelines**.**

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
- Knowledge of procurement principles and practices is a plus.
- Prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
