**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive - B2B Partner Sales & Support (boAt)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Weekends Off)
**Experience Required**: 0 to 6 Months
**Qualification**: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates
**Compensation**: Up to ₹27,000 per month (includes fixed pay + performance incentives)

**Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon**

**Business Development (20%)**
- Initiate outbound conversations with prospective resellers, vendors, and distributors to introduce boAt’s B2B solutions.
- Deliver persuasive product pitches tailored to business profiles and convert interest into platform sign-ups.
- Meet assigned outreach and conversion metrics through consistent call performance.
- Update internal dashboards and maintain accurate logs of all interactions and lead statuses.

**Partner Support & Relationship Management (80%)**
- Address inbound service requests from current partners related to cataloging, logistics, order fulfillment, returns, account updates, and payment issues.
- Ensure efficient and courteous resolution of queries with appropriate follow-ups when needed.
- Liaise with backend teams to resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Educate sellers on new tools, features, and compliance policies relevant to their business operations.
- Maintain service excellence by adhering to internal SLAs and communication protocols.
