**Job Title**: International Voice Process Executive

**Location**: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

**Shifts & Working Days**:
5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
Rotational shifts (24x7)
Cab facility available (within hiring zone)

**Salary & Benefits**:
**In-Hand Salary**: 20,000 - 42,000
**CTC**: Up to 6.00 LPA
**Monthly Incentive**: 2,500
**Transport Allowance**: 4,000

**Education**: Graduate/Undergraduate
**Versant Score**: 65 (Voice)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a contact center

**2. Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice)**

**Education**: Graduate/Undergraduate
**Versant Score**: 65 (Voice & Non-Voice)
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a contact center

**Key Requirements**:
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Comfortable handling both voice and chat processes
Ability to manage English/Hindi calls as needed
Basic computer knowledge
Must have valid academic documents
**No casual leave allowed for the first 3 months**
