**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process financial transactions accurately in Airtel Banking payment systems.
- Verify, validate, and document banking-related information for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts, transactions, and payment reports.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of banking-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airtel Banking products, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels for further investigation.
- Support operational workflows by meeting set targets and deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills **English ,Hindi** **are mandatory.**:

- Previous experience in a banking, payment system, or non-voice process role.
- Strong written communication skills for handling non-verbal customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based job with a focus on backend processes.
- Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- May involve rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, depending on the business needs.
