ABOUT THE TEAM:
**Ops Technology Invoice Processing**
The primary responsibility is to support Ops Technology Invoice processing by performing data capture into the department’s Invoice Processing system.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
**Process Associate - Invoice Processor**:
This position reports to Manager Operations and primarily responsible for invoice processing on daily basis in order to meet the business deliverables/service levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review data input for accuracy/completeness
Meet the production & quality deliverables in line with departmental goals
Able to learn new processes and tools in a fast-paced environment
Communicate and document any abnormal issues to supervisors
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed basis by business
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Invoice Processing Department preferred.
- Graduation or equivalent required; some college level accounting preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in General Accounting functions (including Accounts Payable) required;
- Knowledge of basic financial reporting operations highly preferred
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Multi-family experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)
